Environments observed

App version: 5.6.0 (1184)
OS versions: 10.3.2
Device model: iPhone 6 Plus
Device language: English

Regression?

No

To me, this happens only the first time I tap on "Manage preferences" and change the theme. When I go back to the feed and tap on "Manage preferences" again (in this build, the card isn't being dismissed after the user taps on "Manage preferences") again, it doesn't happen.
When I go to "Settings" and change the theme, it doesn't happen (even after a fresh install).
