Transclusion has stopped working correctly on Serbian projects. Namely, if there's a Template:Foo and we transclude it via it's Cyrillic counterpart: {{фоо}}, that will prompt a red link instead of transcluding the page. Same goes vice versa (if we want to transclude Template:Бар, using {{Bar}} will prompt a red link). Subst, also, doesn't work in the same cases. This is as of a few days ago.
