Fatal error after installation in Preprocessor_DOM (r40030)

Description

Installing from SVN trunk r40030:

After the installation completes, localSettings.php moved to root, the URL

http://localhost/wiki_neu/index.php/Main_Page returns a fatal error:

Warning: domdocument::domdocument() expects at least 1 parameter, 0 given in F:\xampp\htdocs\wiki_neu\includes\parser\Preprocessor_DOM.php on line 574

Fatal error: Call to undefined method domdocument::loadXML() in F:\xampp\htdocs\wiki_neu\includes\parser\Preprocessor_DOM.php on line 576

Changing to 'Preprocessor_Hash' solves the problem.

The site must be missing the PHP DOM modules.
