Here's what happened:

• On 14th August, Anarchyte blocked DHSULP for 72 hours, with reason "Edit warring".
• On 16th August, Deskana changed block settings to extend the block to 1 week, with reason "{{checkuserblock-account}}".
• On 19th August, Deskana changed block settings to extend block to indefinite, with reason "{{checkuserblock-account}}."
• When the block setting was changed a second time on 19th August, an autoblock was triggered immediately.

Expected:

• On Special:BlockList, the blocking administrator is Deskana, and the block reason is {{checkuserblock-account}}.

Actual:

• On Special:BlockList, the blocking administrator is Anarchyte, and the block reason is {{checkuserblock-account}}. Anarchyte never blocked DHSULP with that block reason, so that's definitely incorrect. BlockList should give Deskana as the blocking administrator.
