Description

After discussing with Adam we agreed it makes sense to close his old gerrits.

However a couple of them had no phabs & I wondered if we should be tracking the issue being addressed in Phab. I think gerrit is not an issue tracker but we should maybe spend a few minutes deciding if there is an issue to track for these
