At the moment the output of the new "user to edits" report is grouped IP -> Date.

This isn't so helpful since if you have a user it's more likely you'll want to review (like other reports) in time order, and for a dynamic IP the next edit could be anywhere in the report. You also can't easily see how IPs change over time.

Any chance of reordering to Date -> Time as others are?
