I tried to upload image from maps.wikilovesmonuments.org to commons and it silently failed. When i checked with the inspector i saw that upload was failed with error: 413 Request Entity Too Large.

I lost so much work during Wikilovesmonuments due to this issue. I was photographing and uploading as I went and most were just 'eaten' by monumental. At least tell me you've failed rather than let me continue and lose it all. Monumental is heavily pushed as the correct way to upload and its not reliable at all.
I've been using Safari on iOS and Safari on OSX.
