Moritz recently uninstalled the salt-common package on labcontrol1001, which produced dpkg icinga warnings because labcontrol1001 is also a salt master (which requires salt-common). I re-installed salt-common to make dpkg happy.
The wmcs folks need to have a brief conversation before we turn off salt entirely on this host and remove the master.

Salt keys have been removed from labcontrol1001 and salt-master was removed from labcontrol100[12]. The puppet code for role::salt::masters::labs was also removed.
