I don't think it would be hard to do, the only thing that stopped me from patching MW myself is that I don't know what all the article attributes (like pr_id, etc.) mean.

What need, exactly? Why would one need a list of _unprotected_ pages?
I don't think it would be hard to do, the only thing that stopped me from
patching MW myself is that I don't know what all the article attributes (like
pr_id, etc.) mean.
I'm not saying it's hard, I'm just questioning the use for it.
