Initial report and conversation. It is happening since a while, but has just been reported.

How to:

1. access the page
2. you briefly see some results, but they vanish in the second
3. you get the message "No changes during the given period match these criteria."
4. remove one filter: you have the list of results. You can change any filter, it will work as expected.
5. reload the page: you are back to step 2

I have the case even with a saved set of filters, or when I access or reload the page using any combination of filters I've tested.

What is the most surprising is that I have the same issue when I use safemode=1.
I don't have it on other wikis I've visited so far.
