This task will track the overall progress of the eqsin network buildout. The network buildout is a blocker for all other setup tasks in eqsin.
- - receive in all hardware from #procuremet task T162984
- - mgmt switches are in shipment T166179
- - rack/label/wire all hardware, all wiring and cables are in shipment T166179
- - work with netops (@ayounsi will be onsite) to bring online.
