This task will track the racking, setup, and installation of bast5001.

This should be the first system deployed in eqsin, as we'll copy over the tftp loaded image files for imaging the rest of the systems. As such, this task is a blocker for the other system setups in ops-eqsin.

Please note that while this is the first system setup, it cannot be done until the network is fully deployed via T181558.

• - system is a single role host, can rack in either of the two racks.
• - bios/drac/serial setup/testing
• - mgmt dns entries added for both asset tag and hostname
• - network port setup (description, enable, vlan)
  • end on-site specific steps
