can not install Visual Editor for MediaWiki 1.30

Description

I am updating mediawiki 1.28 to 1.30

and remove old visual editor and install visual editor

but it's not work and check visual editor version with mediawiki version document, it's 0.1.0

visual editor requires getDefaultMode() function, but Mediawiki has no getDefaultMode() and defaultMode

I think 0.1.0 is need mediawiki 1.31

But installed version is 0.1.0
