Left to do: Replace the 2018 Global Metrics sub-pages

On more catch: participants explicitly exclude audiences on non-Wikimedia events.

All old 2018 Global Metrics sub-pages have been replaced. And an audience row has been added.

Only waiting for the answer from WMF and any updates based on that.

Based on Delphine's initial reply I've updated the template and the Global metrics page header.

Awaiting final confirmation before closing this.
