Should we include definition lists in the lead paragraph?
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

When working on the lead paragraph work, we noticed that although in cases like the Planet article we move any lists that follow the lead paragraph
e.g.

This is a paragraph which is followed by a list:

We don't do the same for other lists e.g.

This is a paragraph which is followed by a definition list:

We've not seen any examples in the wikis that do the latter, but it's plausible that if they exist.

The problem is easy to fix, but it's a question of whether we should do this, rather than whether we can (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/397568/).

Open questions

Can we identify any pages (maybe via logging) which do this to get a real world example of where this occurs and thus determine how to deal with it?
