Czech Wikipedia will reach 400k milestone in a few of days, let's change logo for celebrating. New logo is at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-cs-400k2.svg and should be alive for 1 week from actual reaching the milestone.

I'm (@Urbanecm) going to prepare a patch to be ready for actual reaching and deployment. There's only a few of articles to write :), as I said.
