Request translation change for namespaces in Thai Wikipedia

Description

Hello, I'm Horus from Thai Wikipedia. Recently we have a proposal for translation changes in Thai Wikimedia projects. This includes a change for namespaces in Thai Wikipedia:

  • "Help": "วิธีใช้" to "คำอธิบาย" (due to some awkward translations)
  • Added "Help talk": "คุยเรื่องวิธีใช้" to "คุยเรื่องคำอธิบาย"
  • "Talk": "พูดคุย" to "คุย" (for conformity with all other "Talk" spaces, which use "คุย").

I would like to have the translation changed. Thanks.

The request has been discussed in the local wiki. Even though only one other user clearly supports it, it has been a month of community input with many contributions. With no decline, I think this should count as consensus to the change.

Is this change possible via translatewiki?

I've already looked in translatewiki. It can change some appearance, but not the namespace itself. I have created a thread there, and a user recommend asking here https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Translate_namespace.

Oops. The discussion is in the link provided at the top. I won't say there is a community consensus, since there is only one user supported the idea. However, there are some users interested in discussing some translations with no decline, so I'd say they're not against it.
