Hi Patrick! Sorry that nobody has taken a look at this report yet and given feedback.
This would be stuff to probably implement in /includes/UserMailer.php in Core.

Not sure whether to set the "easy" keyword/tag as I don't know if this could have unwanted side effects worth to discuss first.
