Thanks @MarcoAurelio. I was not sure I was doing what I needed to file the request. This is the first edit-a-thon I am hosting at our University and I was a little confused on the difference btween filing a task, and creating a project.
@Doddsam09 You're welcome. You did fine. A task is what's needed here. Projects are things to categorize tasks on. This is a simple configuration change. Somebody will soon take care of this one (I'm heading off now, otherwise I'd do it).
@MarcoAurelio Thanks for pick me up :) I will say getting involved in Wikipedia has been daunting and at times overwhelming, but everyone that I have actually talked to have been very kind and helpful. It is a wonderful wiki world. Our event is still a few weeks out so it is not a tight turnaround. I just wanted to make sure I figured this part out in case I did not have all of the information needed. Again, thank you and have a great afternoon!

@Urbanecm, thank you for your help with this request. As I am still very new to this back end of Wikipedia, I just wanted to check. Now that my task is listed as reolved, does this mean that the cap on the number of accounts was lifted for my event on March 28th? Again I appreciate the assistance!
