Why would a re-upload fix some problem?
If for example the thumbnailer indexer ran out of memory (the thumbnails are HTTP 500 errors) as the PDF file is huge, re-uploading won't help with anything.
Proposing to decline this task, or to change this task into being about missing thumbnails.

This might be because the missing thumbnails are pages with a deviant page size. They are double (2 pages) in landscape. This likely either trips memory limits (the page is 2x larger, so requires at least 2 times more resources than other page's thumbnails, or the entire logic of the rendering process can't handle a page being so much bigger than the rest.
General advice would be.. Reduce the size of this file. It's over 800Mb, that makes it really hard to handle reliably.

I see. Unfortunately, a small font size there, compression or converting to djvu make text unreadable. I've done about a dozen variations of this file in different formats.
Ok, then such the missing double page with picture should be only one. I think it's easier to upload separately.
