The infobox header of the English Wikipedia's Template:Infobox anthem seems to malfunction in Safari, being incorrectly positioned upon page load and moving down the screen as the audio plays. Confirmed here. This doesn't happen with Template:Infobox song, which uses the same helper template for the audio and the same helper template to generate the infobox.

Steps to reproduce

Open a Wikipedia article containing the infobox, such as "The Internationale", in Safari on macOS.
The infobox header will be at the bottom of the infobox. Press play. The infobox header will start moving down the page.

Hi @Aklapper, I'm not sure what was ambiguous about it or the linked report on English Wikipedia, but I've added steps [edit: and the video, uploaded to Dropbox] if it helps. There's not much more to it.

Clear steps to reproduce with a testcase link to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Internationale (I guess, so someone who wants to test this does not have to spend time trying to find a page where this happens) were missing. Thanks!

This doesn't happen with Template:Infobox song, which uses the same helper template for the audio and the same helper template to generate the infobox.

That page has a table caption. And that table caption is what is somehow being moved. If i remove that caption, then it seems it also stops expanding the table itself. No idea what is causing that.
