Treat offline=1 and offline=ja as equivalent in {{Internetquelle}}

Description

As reported here, the bot does not recognize that offline=1 is already a correct dead link mark, see e. g. this edit.

Since this came up again, I changed

{deadvalues:ja:nein::yes}

to

{deadvalues:ja;;1:nein::yes}

which I believe should lead to the desired behavior.

@Cyberpower678 Is that correct?

I just changed two dead links just marked by IABot to have a 1 diff and ran the bot through the Management Interface. Nothing was changed, so this looks fixed.

Did you change it for the default map on dewiki, or specific to InternetQuelle?
