Description

Adjust robots.txt so that mediawiki-l archives is indexable by google.

MediaWiki-l seems ok with the change: See thread https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/mediawiki-l/2018-April/047413.html

Also, well we are here - we should do the same for mediawiki-announce . We want release announcements to be spread far and wide.
