For some reason .oo-ui-buttonElement-framed.oo-ui-iconElement > .oo-ui-buttonElement-button overrides all the padding except the padding-right, leaving that padding far too large.

I can't find the duplicate but this has been fixed recently. It's just not on group 2 yet.
