Validate the abusefilter false-positives
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

Hello,

When a false-positive occurs (eg: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/examine/log/144981), an abusefilter user should be able to validate it after analysis.

However, today when we copy the paragraph "New page wikitext, after the edit (new_wikitext)" (from the link above) into the target page, at least all carriage returns are gone. So we just have to ask to the newcomer to remake all his work.

Would it be possible to preserve the exact refused syntax and even better, to validate false-positives with a new link please?

Thanks for your cooperation.
