Archive the Sort extension
Closed, ResolvedPublicRequest

Description

Sort has not received updates since 2007, more than a decade ago. It has never been imported in Git, and still remains in SVN to this day. The author is no longer maintaining the extension. The extension page stated that the extension does not support MediaWiki 1.19.0+

Event Timeline

I don't see https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Sort nor the extension at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/projects/?filter=sort so indeed the extension doesn't seem to have been ever migrated. rSVN is preserved but marked as archived here so no need to do anything in here. I don't know how to commit to subversion (is it still possible) nor if it's really worth adding the OBSOLETE tag in here. I can do the projects though.

I didn't realize that rSVN is archived as a whole. Adding an OBSOLETE file is pretty pointless then, if not impossible.

Please go ahead and do your magic.
