Even if the item on Wikidata does have a label, XTools reports that it doesn't. I suspect the schema or something similar changed recently.

Example: https://xtools.wmflabs.org/articleinfo/en.wikipedia.org/Google?uselang=en shows the label and description are missing for en, but they are clearly present at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q95
