Improve contributors health metrics for June report

Description

  • Change "non-bot edits" to "other non-bot edits" (mainly so that Wikidata fluctuations are broken out)
  • Change total content metrics to new content metrics
  • Add diversity metrics (active editors and new user retention for Global South countries and mobile-heavy wikis)
    • Define mobile-heavy wikis (run proposal by Tilman, Jon, Margiegh, Dan Garry, and Charlotte; clarify that this is primarily a proxy for underrepresentation rather than our impact)
  • Add revert rate
