Description

Hey. In the Russian Wiktionary, the icon in the editor is not displayed, clicking on which should be inserted renaming. Please help.
Clarification: the button works, but there is no icon.

If I go to https://ru.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=%D1%83%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%85%D0%BD%D1%83%D1%82%D1%8B%D0%B9&action=edit and open the web browser's developer tools (you can do that too), you can see:
