Show descriptions of items for language and lexical category selectors when new lexem is created

Description

When new lexeme is created then selectors for language and lexical category are displayed without descriptions of items. It can lead to misunderstandings in some languages. For example in Polish we have two items with label "język polski" which means "Polish language".
