In the various places from which tasks can be created we refer to the default form (form 1) as "Create Task (Simple)" whereas "Create Task" goes to form 37.

The one exception to this is the favorites menu (the little star) where "Create Task" takes you to form 1.

I suggest that this be changed to "Create Task (Simple)" to keep the naming uniform.
