ClarkJeppesen3, the spammer, triggers a global abuse filter. It is correctly logged on Meta. (below) and on the ptwikinews. (See the link)

However, when I (and @Trijnstel ) attempt to search it, it never appears on the meta abuse log search result. I tried wiki=ptwikinews and wiki=pt.wikinews.org, both with no luck. Looks like a bug.
