Links with [link] format should be converted into a template

Description

In my opinion, IABot should convert [link] into {{cite web}}, like in [link title]'s case. IABot has a standard title (Archivált változat in Hungarian), so we could use that like we use that in other cases.

Currently:
<ref>[http://www.agi.it/engsport/news/200807031537-spr-ren0054-art.html] {{Dead link|date=December 2008}}</ref>
->
<ref>[http://www.agi.it/engsport/news/200807031537-spr-ren0054-art.html] {{Webarchive|url=https://archive.is/20120630061949/http://www.agi.it/engsport/news/200807031537-spr-ren0054-art.html |date=2012-06-30 }}</ref>

Wanted form:
<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://www.agi.it/engsport/news/200807031537-spr-ren0054-art.html|title=Archivált változat|archiveurl=https://archive.is/20120630061949/http://www.agi.it/engsport/news/200807031537-spr-ren0054-art.html |archivedatedate=2012-06-30 }}</ref>

I believe this is a standard configuration option (used e.g. on dewiki), but I cannot find the option in the settings. What is enabled for huwiki is the following, but I guess this is for links without brackets:

grafik.png (108×367 px, 2 KB)

Or are these two types really treated differently at the moment?

That option governs any link inside of a Reference, bracketed or not. The conditions where the conversion is allowed to happen is that there is no other text within the reference. There is currently a bug where leftover whitespace may prevent the conversion from happening.
