Description

This is to request that the $wgCiteResponsiveReferences configuration option be enabled for Meta-Wiki. This seems like a relatively uncontroversial change and no one has voiced any concerns after a week of proposing this on Meta's Babel discussion page.

Deployed. Please check if they work as expected. So far I cannot see any differences in the example page but maybe it's my screen width or some other stuff? Thanks :-)
