The <maplink> tag supposed to create a map link fails to do it. This affects all templates at Wikivoyage and even the help page of Extension:Kartographer:

The links created by the maplink environment are simply not clickable... =(
This breaks an important functionality at many projects including Wikipedia, so a prompt solution would be highly appreciated!
