Description

Currently we have a nice option to search abuseLog specifying the impact of the change, i.e. if the edit was saved or not. However, if an edit is saved and then the page is deleted, searching for impact=saved changes won't make it show up. I don't know if it's intentional, but I guess it isn't, and even if it is we should at least change the wording of the message.

impact=saved <=> afl_rev_id IS NOT NULL OR afl_log_id IS NOT NULL

I guess <= is fine and => is the problem. Not sure how to deal with that though.
