Currently, tlhwiki and tlhwiktionary are still in the dump rotation.
Seeing as we've otherwise closed these down (entirely and for good, with no chance of coming back), I can't see the huge benefit in dumping these still. Latest dump for each was 2009-02-03

I removed these from all.dblist which will cause no new dumps to be run. The old backups will stay where they are.
Amusingly this removal causes both of the wiki's to be dropped from the main index listing on download. This is due to the fact that the dumps don't have a conception of a closed wiki list even though we have one available to them.
Seems like we should add that functionality to the dumps so that there is a separate section of the download page that lists closed wiki's but does not update them. I'll add that to the todo list.
