Description

The script needs to:

Go through the data in MARC 21 format, processing relevant fields
Catch and appropriately flag irregularities in fields
Create JSON files for data to be uploaded, in wikidata-edit-compatible format
Keep track of skipped entries and finished entries
Handle multilingual works
