We had a scheduled reminder set for 10/1, but we never received the reminder. It seems set up similarly to our other reminders. Could you take a look to make sure it's not a larger issue? CID 7093863.

@LeanneS I took a look & I think it is simply configured differently than you thought - the 'General Reminder' scheduled reminder fires on activity type 'Reminder' but you also have a type 'Grant Reminder' which seems like it should fire out reminders - but isn't actually configured to do so - so I think that might be the gap
