Steps to reproduce:

1. receive a spam article at your wiki from user account 'Foo'
2. have one volunteer, user account name 'Bar', to mark it as {{spam}} or {{speedy delete}} (often happens at Wikimedia wikis)
3. have one sysop click the 'delete' tab

Expected result:

1. default deletion reason includes a "created by 'Foo', edited by 'Bar'" string

Actual result:

1. default deletion reason includes the article content and does not include the user account names (this only works if there was only one account editing the page)
