Wikibugs doesn't report comment additions properly on IRC

Description

Sometimes when a comment is added, wikibugs will output something like this:

<wikibugs> (mod) Table borders in CSS out of text browsers' reach - https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18829 (jidanni)

The output should be:

<wikibugs> (mod) Table borders in CSS out of text browsers' reach - https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18829 +comment (jidanni)

The sporadic lack of "+comment" is annoying.

• bzimport raised the priority of this task from to Low.Nov 21 2014, 10:39 PM

• bzimport set Reference to bz18830.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

Probably some funky line-wrap issue or other thing that's breaking the regex.

It would be helpful to grab a sample e-mail that's not triggering the +comment for analysis.

Resolving this for now. If I notice another instance, I'll re-open and submit a patch. :-)
