Look at https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:LintErrors . The first two items in the Low priority section always have the same number. Looks like a bug to me.

These are not actual counts - they are estimates based on database query estimates. So, it is probably the db estimating that the table has that many rows for that column value.

It was just like that in the Bulgarian Wikipedia a while ago. If you fix enough errors, the numbers will become different and more correct.
