The "More info" link overlaps with text in mobile warning messages

Description

I've followed the procedures from https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Recommendations_for_mobile_friendly_articles_on_Wikimedia_wikis#Making_page_issues_(ambox_templates)_mobile_friendly to make the warning messages on Romanian Wikipedia appear on mobile, including limiting the text to 2 lines, but the result is that the "More info" link overlaps with the second line of text in all tested templates: https://ro.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evul_Mediu?minerva-issues=b

Thanks for raising this @Strainu and taking the time to test the integration with Romanian Wikipedia!
It appears this is the same problem described in T206887 and I've tested the fix there and it works here too.
