Description

quentinv57-tools is an unmaintained Toolforge project. Its owner is inactive on WMF and the people with access to their tools seems it does not have time or knowledge how to fix the several problems they have, which made the DBA's block its access to the replica servers in T194343, thus making all of their tools unusable. There are also a lot of open tasks at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/board/713/ which sit there unnatended because of no maintainer.

Given its current status I'd say we should archive or delete the tools project.

I've received a warning about Trusty deprecation for this tools. Given that they still lack maintainer and the MySQL user is banned due issues, can't we just delete this project?

I'll shut down the webservice again so Toolforge doesn't keep complaining about this project. Hope that it doesn't autorestart again.
