Description

Please update the interwiki cache (instructions) following on-wiki updates, in special this unbreaking fix for a heavily-used IW prefix which is causing headaches at wikisources.

An email was sent to a couple of developers yesterday but I've received no reply. Help was also requested at #wikimedia-operations which did not received any response either.
