Description

The following HP RAID icinga warning has been active on lvs2002 for the past couple of months:

WARNING: Slot 0: OK: 1I:1:1, 1I:1:2 - Controller: OK - Cache: Permanently Disabled - Battery/Capacitor: Failed (Replace Batteries)

Note that lvs2002 is the active LVS in codfw for class high-traffic2.
