Steps to reproduce

1. Add a link to the image description into the article of the week
2. Clean install Wikipedia app (due to cache)
3. Add Recommended article widget to your mobile desktop

Expected behavior
The recommended article widget should show the article of the week using first bold link on the page.

Current behavior
Instead, the recommended article widget gets the article using first link on the page. But the first link on the page could be inside the image description.
