Many times we come across medical and other technical terms which machine translation fails to translate. (I use Google Translate)
This terms are repeated many times in the article and we are required to type them again and again.
If we have find and replace tool things will be easy.

We have plans to make the tool more aware of user corrections: T96165: Learn from user corrections to avoid editing the same term again and again
This is intended to address the problem you described of correcting again and again the same issue, and may be preferred to "find and replace" since it requires less effort for the user. So I'll merge the current ticket with the previous one.
In addition, a basic "find and replace" feature is already available when pressing "ctrl+F", but the UI still needs some polishing (T190040). Once that is completed, we may consider adding a more visible access from the edit toolbar.
