Tasks for Docker maintenance

• Back up wikidocumentaries.wmflabs.org including articles, images and users on the wiki. Properties and items in Wikibase can be spared but can also be recreated from scratch.
• Upgrade the Docker image to the newest version
• Import the backed up data, specifically documentation pages.
