A lot of the alerts for WebPageTest (https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/000000318/webpagetest-alerts?refresh=5m&orgId=1) acts on change in % but we moved on to use ms instead. Also some of the queries follow the "old" pattern that sometimes make queries fail.

Let me update them and follow the new standard (as I've done with the authenticated graphs).
